Free to a new home...

I was walking down the street and I noticed a pink lounge suite which was placed on the sidewalk. I guessed it would not be long until the furniture would be reclaimed by new owners. It is common to find items and objects which people no longer want on the sidewalk. This is because it is difficult for inhabitants of the city to remove huge items of furniture themselves. So they place these items on the street and the items manage to find new owners! I have seen many different items on the street including beds, mattresses, sofas, washing machines, refrigerators, cupboards, pushchairs, plants and so on. It is not unusual to find ordinary people searching for an item or two in a pile of unwanted goods and then taking something home, to use in their own homes. It is the norm to find gypsies on the sidewalks, digging in the bins or sorting though piles of throw out goods. The gypsies often have metal trolleys which they fill with the items they reclaim. So it truly is one man's trash, another man's treasure!!!

Please find me a new home?
